My Role at World Resource Institute
As a Technical Product Manager at World Resource Institute, I played a key role in transitioning the platform from GFW to GFW Pro, launching the paid version of our API. I guided product strategy, defined technical requirements, and collaborated closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth rollout of GFW Pro.
In addition to my product management responsibilities, I served as the Scrum Master for three teams simultaneously: the backend API team, the frontend mobile team, and the frontend web team. My work focused on enhancing the API’s functionality, reliability, and scalability to meet the needs of enterprise clients. This successful launch expanded GFW’s market reach and introduced a new revenue stream, establishing GFW Pro as a valuable tool for our users.
